VERY SATISFIED, very detailed and exceptional service.I cold called and asked the owner to help me do embroidery in a rush, he was able to turnaround within 3 days ! And helped arrange pickup/drop off efficiently from my office.The owner carefully and detailed and asked for the right questions on how i specifically wanted. the service is very personalised.The workmanship is great. Definitely will recommend to do all my merchandise embroidery for my company in the future.
The boss is kind and laid-back. Capable to meet the dues and cope with the urgent situations. Delicate and detailed embroidery as well. He'll make sure you are happy with the outcome before you bring it home. If you have high standards this is the place.

We wanted to surprise our friend with custom T-shirts for his birthday party and Easy Embroidery really delivered! We were extremely late in ordering but Easy Embroidery was very responsive over text in helping us with the design and layout of the T-shirt. We were able to get the T-shirts within a very short 5 day lead time! Extremely easy and effortless, highly recommended.
